As women, we carry a lot physically and emotionally. Whether it’s sitting at a desk, caring for family, or just juggling daily life, our bodies often hold stress and tension. With this now, we are living in an era of sedentary lifestyles, where movement is limited and flexibility does not exist.

So, what can be the solution?

The answer is very simple. It is to incorporate regular yoga for flexibility into your daily schedule. Whether you’re working on your mobility, strength, or just trying to feel better in your body, these yoga asanas for flexibility can be powerful tools to start your day with energy and better focus.

Yoga Helped Me Find Peace Within: Sharmistha ji’s Story…..

At 53, Sharmistha Ji joined Habuild, weighing 82 kilos. That time, it wasn’t just the physical weight she carried but also the emotional load that weighed even heavier for her.

When she started with us as a beginner, even simple stretches felt impossible for her to continue, but hamari habuild mom’s kisi se kam hai kya?

She showed up in our yoga classes with confidence for 784 days, reminding herself that she is doing better than yesterday and that’s all that matters.

In her words, she said….

“I was overweight, stiff, and short-tempered. But yoga changed me- not just physically, but emotionally. I’m calmer now, more mindful, and I’ve found a version of myself I didn’t know existed.”
