This Mother’s Day, we’re sharing a very heartfelt story of Priya Prashant, a true supermom who didn’t give up on her dream of having a small, happy family of her own.

Priya’s story is one many women will relate to: a woman trying to conceive her second child for over a year and a half. Whether it’s the quiet expectations of family, society’s ticking clock, or even the hopes we place on ourselves and our partners, trying to conceive can often feel emotionally heavy.

And that’s where our 14-day yoga steps in, not just as a physical practice but as a gentle companion that helps you slow down and rediscover your sense of hope.

In her words, she said:

For the last one and a half years, we were planning for the second baby, but it didn’t happen. When I started yoga, I could feel the differences in my health. Now it happened only because of yoga. I am really thankful.”

Few things that helped Priya to conceive naturally:

Her transformation didn’t happen overnight. She stayed dedicated and consistent, and along with her daily yoga practice, Priya gradually incorporated fertility yoga poses.

With yoga to get pregnant, her stress levels dropped and her energy returned, her body responded. Her story is a  true example of when you trust your body and nurture it with patience and love, miracles happen.

Today, she holds the joy of pregnancy in her heart once again. For her, it was the most precious thing that happened to her after such a long wait.

For Habuild, this is a true example of what daily yoga practice can do to your body- building strength, restoring balance, and promoting healing, all of which played a key role in her conception.
