“Yoga is just not about the perfect pose, but more about the presence you bring to yourself, after every slow breath you take in the process.”
Each year, as the world comes together to celebrate International Yoga Day, we at Habuild feel something deeper stirring within us.
This day is not something that we celebrate for one day, but we celebrate the life we get out of it. It’s not just a hashtag for us when we say #HappyYogaDay. It is actually making us happier and healthier every single day.
It’s a reminder of why we exist, what we stand for, and how one simple habit has transformed the lives of millions at once.

First International Yoga Day: A Day to Pause, Breathe, and Begin Again
International Yoga Day is celebrated on June 21, the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere. The reason behind celebrating this day is to make people aware of the benefits of doing yoga day.
The draft of this prestigious movement was proposed by India and endorsed by a record 175 member states. The proposal was mainly introduced by our Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
It’s a big global recognition that movement, breath, and mindfulness are the medicine our modern lives crave. Stress, anxiety and depression are on the verge and we as a community can solve this problem if we continue to live by this principle of “moving day.”
For us at Habuild, World Yoga Day is a celebration of the community we’ve built, the lives we’ve touched, and the habits we’ve helped form.
Celebrating World Yoga Day: Move More Make it Happen
At Habuild, our mission is simple: “Help people to show up every day. For themselves. For their health. For their family, if possible, we try to motivate them if they can join us with their whole family too.”
Because consistency is where magic happens, which leads to the miracles that we see each day with their everyday progress.
And this World Yoga Day, you just need a willingness to move, breathe, and show up. No expensive equipment or a big space, but a big motivation to start over for a “better you.”
That’s why we started our Free Yoga Program that fits into real people’s real lives. Whether you’re searching for “yoga near me” or if you spend even 10 minutes in between your hectic meetings, we’re here.“We will meet you wherever you are.”

Habuild is all About Habit Making
The first International Yoga Day was celebrated in 2015. And since then, yoga has transformed itself from an ancient philosophy to a global practice.
But even today, people underestimate what yoga can do. The best thing it has to offer is that it can be done daily. If you have 30 minutes well and good if not, you can also do it for 10 minutes a day.
It’s about habit making, and no, we are not counting how many calories you have burned after doing a movement. The obsession with this is the reason why people think yoga is a slow sport.
Yes! It’s true to say yoga, to us, isn’t a workout but more than that. It’s a tool for self-regulation, healing, and balance.
We’ve seen people come in with aches, burnout, heartbreak, uncertainty and many doubts. Is it the right fit? Is yoga good for us?
And in no time, we’ve seen them walk out of each session a little lighter. That’s the power of daily practice we swear by.
Yoga Is Just Not About Relief, It’s a Strong Belief:
From the moment someone wonders ‘when is Yoga Day?’ or it suddenly strikes you to find “yoga near me” to stay fit and healthy. A spark is lit.
And at Habuild, we help turn that spark into a consistent habit with simple sessions that meet you where you are.
But what we want to offer is something lasting. From “when is yoga day” to “how can I make yoga a part of my life?” We want to be there with you for every step of that journey.
Yoga is in the pause before you reply. It’s the calm mindset, but everything around you does not make any sense. It’s the way you stretch your body to be healthy and disease-free.
It’s the way of living you want to adopt for the rest of your life.
At Habuild, we have simplified this ancient practice so you can actually live it and make your life worth living for every moment.
We keep it simple, consistent, and approachable. For all age groups and from wherever you want to join, you can.

Theme of International Yoga Day: A Celebration of Togetherness
This year’s International Yoga Day, observed on June 21, embraces the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health.”
This theme beautifully portrays how our daily habits are deeply connected to the health of our planet and Mother Nature. By adding yoga to our routine, we not only nurture our bodies but nurture our nature as well.
We need to provide the same respect and care to our nature that we provide to our loved ones honestly, more than that, because nature is the only provider that we have. It gives us everything so selflessly that we can make some efforts to give the best to it.
By taking care of our environment, we mean planting more trees, keeping our mother nature clean, and the best we can do is to take care of ourselves in the best way to take the best care of our nature.
And we are doing the best we can! And we want YOU to join us!
This World Environment Day, we did what felt most natural, caring for ourselves and the planet together. From June 5th to 16th, for everyone who invited 10 people to join our Free Yoga program, we planted a tree on their behalf. It was a simple act, but it carried a deeper meaning.
We started this initiative last year, and happily we’re continuing the tradition. Because when you help someone take a step toward better health, you also help the Earth breathe and heal a little easier.
With our theme #HarGharYoga, we are just not building healthier homes, but with it, a greener, kinder future as well.

Happy International Yoga Day:This Isn’t Just a Day, It’s just a Beginning

Because yoga doesn’t start on the mat…..it starts in the heart.
And if you’re wondering where to start, start with us. At Habuild.
Because here, every day is yoga day. And everybody is welcome.
