Planting Hope: Why we need to plant more trees than ever
“Our health is directly connected to the health of the environment.”
And with our everyday habits like excessive plastic use, pollution, and poor waste management the damage is getting harder to ignore.
But, the best we can do is to make sure we are at least contributing somewhere to make a little effort just like this by giving back to nature.
All it takes is a little intention to do our bit, to give back, and to let nature know we care.
Things that we can do on our part to make our planet a better place to live
- Try to avoid single use plastics: Carry your own bags, bottles, and containers.
- Save electricity: Don’t waste resources, switch off lights and appliances when not in use.
- Conserve water: Make sure to fix leaking taps and avoid wasting water during daily chores.
- Waste management: Recycle what you can and try to separate dry and wet waste.
- Do yoga with Habuild everyday: Make your own health better and plant a tree with us for a better future.

Planting trees isn’t just symbolic: it’s one of the most effective ways to fight climate change.

Plantation Drive Phase 1:
Here’s how the initiative worked:
- Users signed up for our 21 Day Free Yoga Program.
- They invited 10 new people to join.
- And we planted a tree on their behalf. A certificate was also provided to be a part of this initiative to help heal our mother nature.
Your action = A seed of change.

Move for Yourself and Heal Your Planet!

- For this initiative any person who joins our 14 Day Free Yoga Journey and stays consistent, we will donate an amount towards our Tree Plantation Drive.
For every person who completes this journey, ₹10 goes towards making a difference.

The Green Effect: What We Planted Last Year
Last year, thanks to your incredible support, over 43,000 trees were planted across reforestation zones, all in just 12 months.
Some of our members even visited these sites and saw their saplings growing. It was such a wholesome moment for us to witness their raw emotions.

This International Yoga Day, under the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”, we were reminded that our personal well being and the planet’s health are deeply connected.
As responsible citizens, it’s not just about finding balance within but also about creating balance around us by nurturing our bodies through daily movement and giving back to nature.
Nature Holds You, Yoga Heals You: Together, We Grow
Yoga doesn’t just stretch the body, it’s much more than that. It expands our awareness through breathwork, presence which helps us in returning to our natural rhythms.
It also leads to deeper alignment with mother nature.
That’s why yoga is the perfect starting point for environmental action. It roots us inward, so we can grow outward with compassion for our planet.

How We are Making a Change: Other Habuild Initiatives That Inspire:
While our tree plantation drive is part of Habuild’s bigger mission to combine personal transformation with social upliftment.
But over the past years, we’ve tried our level best to serve some powerful initiatives that show what small daily efforts can grow into:
1. Women’s Day Education Contribution:
On March 8, 2025, over 1.93 lakh people joined Habuild’s Women’s Day yoga session. It was a movement that went beyond the mat. It began as a virtual gathering turned into a wave of compassion and purpose.
And it created a huge impact ₹19.3 lakh donated and now thousands of children have a new chance at education, growth, and a better tomorrow.
2. Sewing Dreams into Reality With Phoolbasan Bai:
This May, Habuild partnered with Padma Shri awardee Phoolbasan Bai Yadav, who has empowered over 8 lakh women through self help and livelihood programs.
Together, we launched a heartfelt campaign to honor our mothers and uplift women of our society. As part of this initiative, we donated sewing machines worth ₹10.6 lakh to underserved women across Chhattisgarh.
For a rural woman, it is not just a hope for a better future but a source of income. With a grateful heart, many women shared their stories of how this one selfless act has changed their lives and upcoming generations forever.
