Lauki-Moong Dal Soup with Coriander

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup moong dal
  • 1 cup diced lauki (bottle gourd)
  • 1 tsp cold pressed oil
  • ¼ tsp turmeric, pinch hing, salt
  • 3 cups water
  • Fresh coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Heat oil, add hing and turmeric.
  2. Add lauki (bottle gourd), moong dal, and water.
  3. Pressure cook 2 whistles or simmer until soft.
