Ingredients:
- ½ cup moong dal
- 1 cup diced lauki (bottle gourd)
- 1 tsp cold pressed oil
- ¼ tsp turmeric, pinch hing, salt
- 3 cups water
- Fresh coriander leaves
Method:
- Heat oil, add hing and turmeric.
- Add lauki (bottle gourd), moong dal, and water.
- Pressure cook 2 whistles or simmer until soft.
- Blend lightly for creamy consistency, garnish with coriander.
