  1. Start with sitting comfortably on ground with your legs bend backward from your knees.
  2. Place both palms of your hands on ground using them as support.
  3. Now, take a deep breath through your nose hold for 2-3 seconds and exhale.
  4. As you exhale, open your mouth wide sticking out your tongue as far as possible with widened eyes making a slight ‘roar’ sound and hold the position for few seconds.
  5. Return to the relaxed state and repeat this technique 5-10 times in a sitting.

  1. Imagine the face of a fish and how it seems to be sucked inside, just like that sit relaxed and then suck the inside of your cheeks through your mouth making a fish like face.
  2. Hold this for 10-15 seconds and release.
  3. Repeat this practice at your pace as many times that is comfortable to you. This can be done through out the day.

  1. Sit comfortably and relaxed.
  2. Now try to smile as wide as you can without wrinkling your eyes and release the smile.
  3. Perform this atleast 40-50 times.
  4. At last hold a soft smile without squinting or wrinkling your eyes for about 40-60 seconds.

  1. Clean your face & hands with water or any cleanser.
  2. Sit comfortably, try to relax your body and facial muscles.
  3. Now with your hands start a gentle massage on your face (you can use coconut oil also).
  4. Gently apply pressure on your face using tips of your fingers relieving any strains in muscle. Also massage the space between the two eyebrows engaging your ‘Chakra’.
