I have joined Saurabh&#039;s sessions since March 2025, post a major surgery. I could not lift my right shoulder or arm - restricted movement. After doing Saurabh&#039;s sessions every single day for two months, I could lift my shoulder and arm with complete ease.  Ever since I make it a point to attend the sessions everyday. Thank you Saurabh and team for the well curated yoga classes.]]></description>
