7. Neck Stretching

  1. Move your neck from left to right 10 times.
  2. Move your neck up and down 10 times.
  3. Rotate your neck clockwise and anticlockwise 10 times.

8. Twisting

How to Perform?

  1. Place your hands pointing sideways and twist.
  2. Repeat 10 times.

9. Parsva Urdhva Hastasana

How to Perform?

  1. Raise your one hand upwards and bend towards the other side.
  2. Repeat similarly for the other side.
  3. Repeat 10 times.

10. Chest Expansion

How to Perform?

  1. Push your hands out while pushing your back behind.
  2. Then slowly expand your chest.
  3. Repeat 10 times.

11. Pada Hastasana

How to Perform?

  1. While keeping your knees straight, bend towards the front, placing your palms on the floor.
  2. Then gently rise.
  3. Repeat 10 times.

12. Leg Stretch

How to Perform?

  1. Lift your leg and move in and out.
  2. Repeat 10 times.
  3. Repeat 10 times for the other leg.

13. Knee Exercise

How to Perform?

  1. Lift your leg, flex your knee, and move in and out.
  2. Repeat 10 times.
  3. Repeat 10 times for the other leg.

14. Tadasana

How to Perform?

  1. Stand straight, looking at the front, and move your heel up and down.
  2. Repeat 10 times.

15. Foot Stretch

How to Perform?

  1. Place the heel on the mat and, using its support, stretch the toes and the other fingers in and out.
  2. Repeat 10 times.
  3. Repeat 10 times for the other leg.
