Dr. Disha Sudhir Pandit is a Senior Ayurvedic Physician with over 30 years of experience in Ayurveda, holistic wellness, and integrative healthcare. She is a BAMS Gold Medalist from Government Ayurvedic College, Nanded, and holds an M.A. in Sanskrit with specialization in Ayurveda Darshan from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune. She is also a Gold Medalist in Yoga.

Alongside her clinical practice, Dr. Pandit actively contributes to community healthcare through health camps, geriatric checkups, free consultations, and wellness education. She is associated with the NIMA Women’s Forum and regularly writes on Ayurveda, preventive healthcare, and holistic wellness.
